We recently started watching Battlestar Galactica. It's a long, complicated science fiction series with plot twist after plot twist. We watched most of the first 2 seasons and enjoyed most of it. Sharon loves a good story, and can hardly stand to not finish one that she has started. There have been many nights recently where her eager pleas led to us watching episode after episode. Today, however, she decided that enough is enough. She was tired of drama and the intrigue and the snail-pace that the show goes at. And so, she decided that we were done.
This is sort of a weird way to compliment my wife today, but I'm just saying it's nice that she has the foresight to realize when enough is enough. Despite loving a good story, she rightfully decided that spending hours upon hours watching this show over the next few weeks wouldn't be worth our time or emotional investment. I agree, and thank you!
